If Plaintiffs wish to pursue their claim for attorneys' fees, they must on or before August 27, 2021, file supplemental submissions which comply with the governing law of the Second Circuit. Lego's 130 motion for partial summary judgment is GRANTED IN PART but DENIED as to Best-Lock's second affirmative defense of equitable estoppel. Best-Lock's 164 motion for partial summary judgment is DENIED. Best-Lock's second affirmative defense of equitable estoppel will be adjudicated after a plenary bench trial. If Best-Lock does not file an additional motion, it must file its opposition to Lego's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on or before February 7, 2017.
