Filing 36 RULING ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO STRIKE/FOR SANCTIONS 30 (see attached). Plaintiff's Motion is denied to the extent that it seeks to have defendant's brief and the last eight exhibits striken. However, discovery is reopened < u> in limited part so that plaintiff may depose both defendant and Migani, on or before August 29, 2014. All expenses of these depositions shall be borne by defendant. Plaintiff's reply brief may be filed on or before September 30, 2014.
