Plaintiff's federal sex discrimination claim is dismissed without prejudice to his filing of an amended complaint within 14 days of this order. Because defendant has raised matters outside the pleadings, the portion of the motion to dismiss concerning the Release is converted to a motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff may file any opposition to defendant's motion for summary judgment and any supporting documents on or before July 28, 2016, and defendant may file any reply to plaintiff's submission on or before August 12, 2016.
