ELECTRONIC SCHEDULING ORDER. The Court has reviewed the parties' #14 Report of Parties Planning Meeting, which the Court APPROVES AS MODIFIED. The Court sets forth the following case deadlines. Although neither party currently seeks to amend their pleading, nor seeks to join additional parties, either party may seek to do so on or before April 15, 2016. Plaintiff will designate all of its trial experts, and will serve opposing counsel with reports from retained experts, on or before May 30, 2016. Depositions of such experts shall be complete on or before June 30, 2016. Defendants will designate all of their trial experts, and will serve opposing counsel with reports from retained experts, on or before August 1, 2016. Depositions of such experts shall be complete on or before August 30, 2016. All discovery, including all depositions, will be complete by August 30, 2016 (Defendant's motion to extend this deadline #28 is therefore GRANTED). A damages analysis will be proffered by any party asserting a claim or counterclaim for damages two weeks prior to that party's deposition. Any dispositive motion must be filed on or before September 30, 2016. The joint trial memorandum shall be filed on or before October 31, 2016, or thirty (30) days after the Court rules on the last-filed dispositive motion, whichever is later. The case shall be trial ready by November 30, 2016, or thirty (30) days following the parties' filing of the joint trial memorandum, whichever is later. Signed by Judge Charles S.
