ORDER (see attached) regarding subject matter jurisdiction. The Court has reviewed the 1 Complaint filed by Plaintiffs on October 14, 2015, and has determined that it fails to properly allege facts establishing that diversity of citizenship exists between the parties sufficient for this Court to have jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1). As discussed in the attached Order, Plaintiffs are directed to establish, by affidavit, the proper citizenship of each party, and to file such affidavit with this Court on or before November 20, 2015.
