Sellers withdrew Count 3, and the court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Counts 4 and 5, Sellerss remaini ng state law claims. The Complaint is therefore dismissed in its entirety. The court allows Sellers leave to replead his claims against First Student, if he has a basis to do so consistent with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 and consistent with this Ruling, no later than 14 days from the entry of this Ruling.
