ORDER. For the reasons discussed in the attached, Bank of America's 42 Motion for Judgment of Strict Foreclosure is DENIED and Country Bank's 47 Motion for Order of Sale is GRANTED. The parties shall confer and file a proposed order w ithin 30 days of this order providing the following: 1) a proposed date for the sale of the property; 2) a proposed committee for the foreclosure; and 3) a proposed schedule for the committee's activities prior to the sale. The sale shall be subject to the approval and the ratification of this Court and a motion for the approval of the sale shall be filed within 14 days following the sale. Signed by Judge Michael P.
