Because petitioner's disciplinary hearing did not violate his constitutional rights to due process and confrontation, the petition for habeas corpus relief (Doc. # 1 ) is DENIED. Petitioner has n ot made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, see 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2), and no certificate of appealability shall enter.
