For the reasons set forth in the accompanying ruling, the Court DENIES plaintiff Grand River Enterprises Six Nations, Ltd.'s motion for reconsideration of the dismissal of its claims under the Commerce Clause and the Supremacy Clause. Doc. # 102 . Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 25(d), the Clerk of Court shall amend the official case caption as reflected in the caption above to substitute the Acting Commissioner of Revenue Services John Biello as the defendant in place of former Commissioner Kevin Sullivan who was initially named as the defendant in this action.
