January 27, 2017	Filing 8 ORDER OF DISMISSAL: For the reasons set forth in the attached ruling, the complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). If plaintiff has a basis to believe that he has been unlawfully confined, then he may file in this Court a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 if he has first fully exhausted all judicial remedies that are available in the state courts of Connecticut. If plaintiff wishes to seek money damages pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, then he may pursue such an action only if he has previously established that the basis for his initial or continued confinement was legally invalid.
