Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment is granted as to Counts Four, Five, Six, and Nine, denied as to Counts One, Two, Three, and Eight, and denied without prejudice as to Count Seven. The parties are directed to file a joint status report within seven days providing a proposed scheduling order for remaining Monell discovery and summary judgment briefing on the Monell claim.
