December 13, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 24 RULING ON CROSS MOTIONS TO REMAND AND AFFIRM DECISIONOF THE COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SECURITY. Plaintiff's motion to remand the Commissioner's decision (Doc. # 15 ) is GRANTED. Defendant's motion to affirm the Commissioners decision (Doc . # 18 ) is DENIED. On remand, the ALJ shall reconsider all medical opinion evidence in accordance with the treating physician rule, and if appropriate, shall also reconsider plaintiffs credibility in light of the concerns identified in this opinion.
