ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF FEDERAL JURISDICTION. The complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(h)(3) for lack of federal jurisdiction. If plaintiff can plead facts in good faith consistent with Fed. R. Civ. P. 11 that are adequate to sustain this Court's jurisdiction, then she may file a motion to reopen and an amended complaint within 30 days. See attached ruling. It is so ordered.
