For the reasons explained in the attached order, the Court grants the Town Defendants' motion with respect to the ADA discrimination cla im, the ADA retaliation claim, and the First Amendment retaliation claim. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims against the Town Defendants. and similarly declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the claims against Mr. Lombardo.
