Filing 102 ORDER denying 63 Motion for Summary Judgment without prejudice. For the reasons set forth in the attached document, the motion for summary judgment is denied without prejudice to renewal. In addition, on or before March 26, 2019, the Defendants s hall serve and file the required Notice to Self-Represented Litigant Concerning Motion for Summary Judgment in compliance with Local Rule 56(b). The Plaintiff shall have until April 26, 2019 to supplement his opposition to the motion or to amend his Rule 56(a)2 Statement if he determines that to do so is appropriate having received the Notice. Thereafter, the Defendants may file a motion seeking to have the motion for summary judgment reinstated to the docket.
