For the reasons set forth in the attached ruling, petitioner's petition for a writ of habeas corpus (Doc. # 1 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. It is GRANTED t o the extent that the Bureau of Prisons shall grant petitioner 765 days of credit toward his federal sentence from November 23, 2013, to December 28, 2015.
