I indicated I would supplement my explanation with a w ritten opinion in due course. The attached memorandum further explains my reasoning for granting the motions.As stated in the attached, the Clerk is directed to close this case and to enter judgment reflecting that the unsigned settlement agr eement set forth at ECF No. 118-3 at 11-38 is a binding, enforceable settlement agreement between the parties and dismissing all other claims.
