For the reasons set forth in the attached ruling, the complaint is DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A without prejudice to refiling. If plaintiff believes in good faith that he is able to allege facts indicating that any defendant acted with intentional or deliberate indifference, then he may file a motion to reopen this case along with a proposed amended complaint stating such additional facts within 30 days of this ruling by May 24, 2017.
