RULING (see attached) denying, without prejudice, Defendant Australian National Maritime Museum's 32 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction; granting Defendants Eagle Underwriting Group and Woods Hole Oceanographic In stitution's 33 Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint for Declaratory Judgment; granting Defendant Ridgeway International USA Inc.'s 47 Motion to Dismiss the Complaint; and granting in part and denying in part Plaint iff Anderson Trucking Service Inc.'s 39 Motion for Leave to Conduct Jurisdictional Discovery. Plaintiff Anderson's 1 Complaint for Declaratory Judgment is DISMISSED against Defendants Eagle Underwriting Group, Woods Hole O ceanographic Institution, and Ridgeway International USA Inc. for lack of personal jurisdiction. Consistent with the attached Ruling, Plaintiff Anderson is directed to file a notice with the Court on or before September 24, 2018, indicating wh ether it intends to pursue this matter against the Museum. If it intends to proceed, Anderson should file with the notice a memorandum of law, addressing the issues raised by the Court in the attached Ruling. If so inclined, Defendant Australian Nati onal Maritime Museum may file a response to Plaintiff's memorandum of law on or before October 8, 2018.
