Filing 15 RULING (see attached) granting 11 Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Complaint. Pursuant to Rule 15(a)(1), Fed. R. Civ. P., Plaintiff may amend his complaint once as a matter of right within 21 days after service. However, as set forth in th e attached Ruling, after screening the Amended Complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A, the Court finds that the only two claims that may proceed are: (1) the Fourth Amendment claim against Peterson for invasion of privacy during the March 13, 2017 strip search and (2) the Eighth Amendment claim against Watson for unconstitutional conditions of confinement. Filing 10 INITIAL REVIEW ORDER (see attached). Upon the Court's review of Plaintiff's Complaint pursuant to 28 US.C. § 1915A, the case may proceed only on the following federal claims: (a) the Fourth Amendment claim against Peterson for invasio n of privacy during the March 13, 2017 strip search (during Plaintiff's transfer to the segregation unit) and (b) the Eighth Amendment claim against Watson for unconstitutional conditions of confinement (with respect to the black mold on the cel l vent). Each of these claims may proceed only against the pertinent defendant in her or his individual capacity for damages. All claims for declaratory relief and state law claims are DISMISSED.
