For the reasons explained in the attached Ruling and Order, Ms. Haman's motion for j udgment on the pleadings is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Her motion is granted with respect to the Acting Commissioner's Step Five finding, but denied with respect to the Acting Commissioner's Step Two finding. The Acting Commissione r's motion for an order affirming her decision is DENIED. The decision of the Acting Commissioner is VACATED and REMANDED for rehearing and further proceedings as to Ms. Haman's Step Five determination, in accordance with this Ruling and Order.The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment for Ms. Haman, remand this case to the Acting Commissioner for rehearing and further proceedings in accordance with this Ruling and Order, and close this case. The Clerk's Office is instructed that, if any party appeals to this court the decision made after the remand, any subsequent Social Security appeal is to be assigned to the undersigned.
