October 23, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 34 RULING (see attached) granting 21 Plaintiffs' Motion to Amend Complaint and granting the 31 Parties' Joint Motion to Stay Case Proceedings. Plaintiffs must file and serve their proposed "Amended Complaint" on or before October 31, 2018, at which time that pleading will become Plaintiffs' operative Complaint against American Cruise Lines, Inc. in this action. All case proceedings are stayed pending the scheduled private mediation before the Honor able Anthony Robaina (Retired) on November 1, 2018. Within fourteen days following that mediation, on or before November 15, 2018, the parties must file a joint status report with the Court. As requested, the Court has extended the case deadlines following the mediation as set forth in this Ruling. Should the case continue after the mediation, the parties must adhere to these deadlines.
