ORDER REGARDING SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION (see attached) directing Plaintiff North Sails Group, LLC to submit affidavits establishing citizenship of the parties for federal diversity jurisdiction purposes on or before February 15, 2018. See 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(2). If, upon review of the affidavits, the Court determines that it possesses subject matter jurisdiction, the action may proceed. Once Defendants have appeared, the Court will hold a hearing to resolve the 6 preliminary injunction motion. Otherwise, in the absence of such jurisdiction, the Court will dismiss the action.
