January 15, 2019	Filing 24 RULING (see attached), granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff's 20 Emergency Motion for Protective Order. The motion is DENIED, to the extent that it prays the Court to order Defendant to use a particular translator. The motion is GRANTED, to the extent that Defendant is directed to allow and cooperate with the making of an audio recording during the course of Dr. Selig's evaluations of Plaintiff. Defendant's requests for costs and prohibitions, see Doc. 21 at 5-6, are all DENIED. January 9, 2019	Filing 22 ORDER (see attached). The Court reserves judgment on Plaintiff's 20 Emergency Motion for Protective Order. The question that arises is whether Plaintiff has alleged facts sufficient to demonstrate irreparable harm, an essential requirem ent for any form of injunctive relief. The Court is not in a position to reach a conclusion on that question in the absence of responsive papers from the Defendant. Accordingly, both scheduled mental examination sessions of the Plaintiff are POSTPO NED WITHOUT DATE. Defendant is directed to file papers responsive to Plaintiff's emergency motion on or before January 18, 2019. Plaintiff may file reply papers, if so advised, on or before January 25, 2019.
