Filing 35 ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT. For the reasons stated in the attached ruling, the Court GRANTS the motion for summary judgment (Doc. # 27 ) on the grounds that (1) defendant police officers Jeremy Brewer, Justin Thibault, and Enrique Riv era-Rodriguez were not personally involved in the alleged deprivation of plaintiffs constitutional rights, and (2) the remaining defendant police officers had at least arguable probable cause for plaintiffs arrest and to initiate prosecution. The Clerk of Court shall close this case. Signed by Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer on 8/7/2019. (Webley, Alec) |
