Filing 29 RULING (see attached). For the reasons set forth in the attached opinion, Defendants' 21 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Defendants' motion is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff's claims of deliberate indifference and recklessness against Dr. Naqvi. Defendants' motion is DENIED with respect to Plaintiff's claims against Ogando of retaliation and a Fourth Amendment violation. The Parties are instructed to meet and confer for the purpose of proposing updated deadlines for all applicable remaining scheduling issues - e.g., the date by which the joint trial memorandum will be filed, proposed dates for a pretrial conference after the joint trial memorandum is received , and the date by which the case will be ready for trial. The Parties shall submit those dates to the Court by May 21, 2021. Thereafter, the Court will schedule a pretrial conference to discuss the joint trial memorandum and any other pending issues in this case. Filing 7 INITIAL REVIEW ORDER and SCHEDULING ORDER (see attached). The clerk shall verify the current work addresses of all remaining named Defendants and mail a waiver of service of process request packet to each Defendant on or before December 27, 2018. Defendants shall respond to the cognizable claims in Plaintiff's 6 Amended Complaint, as recited in this Order, within sixty (60) days of the date the waiver form is sent.
