The Court denies the 42 , 46 , 60 , and 61 motions for the reasons set forth in the attached ruling.This case will proceed to a concursus proceeding in July 2020 in which the Court will determine the issues of ownership, liability, and limitation. The parties' joint trial memor andum is due May 15, 2020. Should the parties wish to engage in settlement discussions with a Magistrate Judge, they must jointly request a referral within 10 days of the date of this decision. Within 7 days of the referral the parties must con sult with the assigned magistrate judge and schedule the settlement conference.
