ELECTRONIC SCHEDULING ORDER. The Court has reviewed the Parties' #14 Report of Parties' Planning Meeting Pursuant to FRCP 26(f), which is hereby APPROVED. Accordingly, the deadlines proposed by the parties are therefore ADOPTED, as recounted in the 26(f) Report and are established as follows: Defendant shall file a responsive pleading to Plaintiff's #12 Amended Complaint by October 31, 2018. Defendant has until November 19, 2018 to join additional parties and amend the pleadings. A damage analysis will be provided to opposing counsel by November 5, 2018. All discovery shall be completed by May 13, 2019. Plaintiff will designate any expert witnesses and provide the relevant Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) reports to Defendant on or before February 11, 2019. Depositions of any such experts will be completed by March 11, 2019. Defendant will designate any expert witnesses and provide the relevant Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) reports to Plaintiff on or before April 15, 2019. Depositions of any such experts will be completed by May 13, 2019. Dispositive motions will be filed on or before June 17, 2019. The joint trial memorandum required by the Standing Order on Trial Memoranda in Civil Cases will be filed by August 19, 2019, if no dispositive motion is filed, or within sixty (60) days after a ruling by the Court on a dispositive motion, whichever is later.
