The plaintiff has filed a #1 complaint and #2 motion for preliminary injunction requesting the Court to enjoin the Department of Public Health ("DOPH") from forbidding her from "violating [her] religious rights" by "claiming falsely that [she is] practicing medicine." (ECF No. 2 at 1.) The Court is unable to determine the status of the DOPH proceeding the plaintiff seeks to enjoin. This status could affect the Court's subject matter jurisdiction over the matter--i.e., its ability to hear the plaintiff's case. Therefore, within 14 days of this order, the plaintiff shall provide a description of the DOPH proceeding of which she complains including: (1) whether the proceeding is currently pending at the DOPH and, if so, the docket number for that proceeding, when the complaint in the matter was filed, and the current status of the proceeding; (2) if the proceeding took place in the past, what the outcome of the proceeding was, whether the plaintiff appealed the outcome, and the outcome of such appeal. Any such description should be accompanied by documents such as a docket sheet, status report, decision letter, or other official communique from the DOPH that demonstrates the status of the proceeding the plaintiff seeks to enjoin.
