Filing 19 ORDER. The parties have filed a joint #18 motion for entry of a preliminary injunction. Accordingly, the joint #18 motion and plaintiffs' #2 motion for preliminary injunction are GRANTED. Defendants are, by consent, hereby ORDERED to install, by November 2, 2018, a working electronic key fob entry system for three of the four first floor bathrooms in the Bridgeport Towers complex, so that residents may gain bathroom access by using the same key card by which they gain entry to the complexs buildings. Until the successful installation of the key fob system, defendants will allow residents continuous, 24 hour per day access to the three bathrooms immediately.In addition, Local Rule 26(f) provides that, within 30 days after the appearance of any defendant, the attorneys of record and any unrepresented parties must confer for purposes described in Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f). Local Rule 26(f) further provides that, within 14 days after the conference, the participants must jointly file a report of the conference using Form 26(f). It is hereby ordered that the parties file on or before November 6, 2018: (1) a written statement signed by all counsel of record demonstrating that this case is exempt from the requirement of filing a Form 26(f) report; or (2) a Form 26(f) report along with a written statement signed by all counsel of record. Finally, the Court will hold a telephonic status conference on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 11AM. Chambers will distribute a dial-in shortly before the call.Signed by Judge Michael P.
