Plaintiffs have filed a renewed motion for temporary restraining order following the Court's prior order denying their initial TRO motion. In the Court's prior order, the Court discussed why plaintiffs are unable to show a likelihood of success (Doc. #8 at 3), which is a requirement for the Court to enter a TRO. Plaintiffs' renewed motion fails to make any showing of a likelihood of success (e.g., why relief would not be precluded by the Rooker-Feldman doctrine or res judicata).
