Plaintiff has filed a motion seeking to proceed without payment of fees and costs, which motion includes a sworn statement as to plaintiff's current financial circumstances. See Doc. #2 -1. The motion states that plaintiff "participated in a federal lawsuit against Caribbean Airlines[,]" and that his wife "received under $150,000, which she invested and is unable to access without penalty[,]" Doc. #2 at 1, but provides no information regarding any payment plaintiff received. Without that information, the Court is unable to fully assess plaintiff's current financial circumstances. Accordingly, on or before the close of business on January 22, 2019, counsel for plaintiff shall file a supplemental memorandum stating whether plaintiff received any payment from the referenced suit and if so, the amount and year of such payment.
