ORDER DENYING MOTION TO PRESERVE STATUS QUO WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Appellant Dominic Caciopoli has filed a "Motion to Preserve Status Quo" seeking that the Court "issue an order to preserve the status quo, ordering the parties to cease all attempts to consummate the proposed settlements of the adversary proceedings until further order of this court." Doc. #6 at 2. Because the motion cites no case law and describes very little of the background to give the Court a clear understanding why the requested order of relief would be warranted, the Court DENIES the motion to preserve the status quo (Doc. #2) without prejudice to filing of a renewed motion that more fully describes the background, why relief is warranted, and any case law authority that would supports the Court's grant of an order of relief.
