Plaintiff has filed a motion seeking to proceed without prepayment of fees, costs or security therefor, which includes an affidavit regarding his current financial circumstances, as well as a letter from plaintiff's attorney affirming that the contents of the letter are true. See Doc. #2 and attachment. In the affidavit plaintiff states he is unemployed and supports himself using $412.00 in monthly SNAP benefits. See id. at 3. Plaintiff has no substantial assets. See Doc. #2 at 4. Plaintiff is able to cover basic living expenses through "private charity" he receives from his former wife, "which maybe entirely cut off at any time[.]" Doc. #2 -1 at 1. At this stage, such allegations are sufficient to establish that plaintiff is unable to pay the ordinary filing fees required by the Court. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1).
