Thus, the Court will dismiss the case without prejudice. Within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, the Plaintiff must file a notice with the Court indicating the first and last name of both Defendants or, in the alternative, sufficiently descriptive identifying information that would permit the DOC to identify the defendants by name.
