Plaintiff has filed a motion seeking to proceed without payment of fees and costs, which motion includes a sworn statement as to plaintiff's current financial circumstances. See Doc. #2 . Plaintiff appears to meet the requirements of in forma pauperis status based on the financial information provided. Plaintiff asserts that she has no income, minimal assets, and that she lives with, and is supported by, two of her adult children. See generally id. at 3-5.
