Based on the Court's review of the parties' proposed settlement agreement and consent judgment, the Court GRANTS the motion to approve consent judgment. The Clerk of Court shall enter the parties' stipulated judgment in the amount of $3,383,004 plus interest as set forth in the settlement agreement and close this case. It is so ordered.
