Pursuant to Local Rule 16(b), the Court orders as follows: The Plaintiff shall move to join additional parties by 5/15/2019 and amend the pleadings by 5/31/2019. The Defendant shall move to join additional parties within 30 days after completion of fact discovery. Discovery shall be completed by 3/15/2020. Dispositive motions, if any (see Local Rule 56(c)), shall be filed by 4/15/2020. The Joint Trial Memorandum shall be filed by 5/1/2020, unless dispositive motions are filed, in which case it shall be filed within 30 days of the Court's ruling thereon. A telephonic status conference is scheduled for 3/23/2020. The issue of whether the Defendant should be ordered to retain certain records of the MTA cannot be resolved by the Court's review of the Rule 26(f) report.
