June 4, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 16 ORDER. The plaintiff has filed, pro se, an #15 ex parte motion for extension of time for Attorney Gasser to file a motion for reconsideration of the Court's #9 initial review order. The #15 motion is DENIED without prejudice. Because Attorney Gasser may enter an appearance on Mr. Salaman's behalf, the proper way for plaintiff to seek an extension of a deadline is through his attorney, not by filing motions on the docket himself. If Attorney Gasser files an appearance by the deadline, he is directed to discuss with Mr. Salaman whether to file a motion for extension of time to reconsider the Court's #9 initial review order.
