According to the record before the Court, plaintiff has filed and served a complaint, but defendant Adam Betts has failed to file an answer or other response within the time limits permitted under the rules. Accordingly, given defendant's failure to file an answer, the Court directs plaintiff to move for entry of a default pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(a) on or before 21 days from now.
