ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiff, Ciara Subrian, is hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE by FEBRUARY 7, 2020, why the court should not grant defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 14). An earlier Order to Show Cause (Doc. No. 15) was directed to be served on the two attorneys who appeared in State Court, but still have not appeared in this case. A colleague from the firm of these two attorneys, Richard Tropiano, Jr., appeared, but subsequent to the Order to Show Cause. Thus, in order to be assured plaintiff's counsel has notice, the court is re-issuing its Order. Failure to respond by FEBRUARY 7, 2020, will result in the court granting the Motion to Dismiss, dismissing defendants Reichard and City of New London, and the resultant dismissal of this case because only state law claims will then remain, and the court would decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction.SO ORDERED by Judge Janet C.
