ORDER. Defendants' #1 notice of removal alleges that "[t]o prevent removal of his claims, the Plaintiff acted in bad faith by misleading the Defendants as to the amount in controversy." (ECF No. 1 at 1.) This seems to refer to the exception to the one-year time limit on removal described in 28 U.S.C. Secs. 1446(c)(1), (3)(B). The #1 notice of removal, however, does not provide any additional detail, nor does it cite to the 604-page state court record (ECF No. 2). The notice of removal thus does not provide adequate grounds for the Court to find that the plaintiff "deliberately failed to disclose the actual amount in controversy to prevent removal" under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1446(c)(3)(B). The Defendants are ordered to show cause within 7 days why this case should not be remanded to state court because more than one year has elapsed since the commencement of the suit, per 28 U.S.C.
