Filing 7 ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Appellant 526-528 North Main Street, LLC has filed a pro se notice of appeal from the Bankruptcy Court. A limited liability company such as appellant may not proceed pro se in a federal court but must be represented by counsel. See Lattanzio v. COMTA, 481 F.3d 137, 140 (2d Cir. 2007) (per curiam). Nor has appellant complied with the Court's prior order to file a designation and statement (Doc. # 4 ). Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal without prejudice to appellant's securing of counsel to file a motion to reopen by December 6, 2019, and that is also accompanied by the required designation and statement.
