ORDER DISMISSING ACTION PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B). On November 27, 2019, the Court issued an order to show cause why the complaint should not be dismissed. Doc. #10. Plaintiff has filed additional materials subsequent to the Court's order to show cause. Docs. #11 and #13. Because these additional submissions do not cast doubt on the reasons for dismissal stated in the Court's order to show cause ruling, the Court DISMISSES this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B). The Court DENIES as moot plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel (Doc. #12). The Court GRANTS plaintiff's motion to present evidence (Doc. #13) but concludes that the evidence presented in this submission does not call into question the reasons stated in the Court's order to show cause ruling.
