BRIEFING ORDER RE REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER. On December 19, 2019, the Court held an emergency teleconference hearing with plaintiff's counsel, Ms. Anne LeVasseur, and Mr. Jesse Langer of Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C., who reported to the Court that he was representing defendant Robert's Service Center in this matter. As the Court instructed the parties on the teleconference, the parties shall file memoranda of law on their respective positions as to plaintiff's request for a TRO by 5:00 PM on December 19, 2019. EMERGENCY HEARING RE REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER. Plaintiff GlobalTranz has filed a complaint and proposed order against Roberts Service Center, Inc. requesting a temporary restraining order to allow plaintiff to access and retrieve certain electronics property in the possession of defendant Robert's Service Center. Docs. #1 , #2 . The Court shall convene a teleconference of counsel at 12:30pm on December 19, 2019, for the purpose of hearing from counsel for plaintiff and counsel for defendant with respect to plaintiff's application for a temporary restraining order. Plaintiff's counsel shall forthwith electronically transmit a copy of the complaint, the proposed order, and this docket order to counsel for defendant. Counsel for plaintiff shall make arrangements to call counsel for defendant and then connect all the parties to Judge Meyer's chambers at (203) 773-2105. If defendant is not represented by any counsel, then counsel for plaintiff shall communicate and coordinate directly with Robert Bruneau or any other managerial agent of defendant. It is so ordered.
