Filing 11 ORDER DISMISSING ACTION. On January 17, 2020, the Court entered an order to show cause why this action should not be dismissed. Doc. #10. Although the Court's records reflect that the order was not mailed to plaintiff until January 23, 2020, and that plaintiff telephoned the Clerk's Office on January 28, 2020, about her receipt of the Court's order, plaintiff has yet to file a motion for extension of time or a response to the Court's order to show cause which was due on January 27, 2020. Because plaintiff has not filed a response and because no other reason presents to suggest that this action should not be dismissed, the Court DISMISSES this action. If plaintiff believes that there are grounds for the Court to reconsider this dismissal, then plaintiff should promptly file a motion for reconsideration. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer on 2/5/2020.(Freberg, B) |
