ORDER. On March 31, 2020, two matters were opened in this Court that appear to be identical: 3:20CV00437(SRU), captioned Wiggins v. Saul, and 3:20CV00452(SRU), also captioned Wiggins v. Saul. The Court has reviewed the Complaints and Motions to Proceed in forma pauperis filed in each case, and has found no differences between them. It thus appears that the same matter may have erroneously been docketed twice. The Court therefore believes that the appropriate course of action would be to dismiss the later-filed case, that is, this matter, 3:20CV00452(SRU). Counsel for plaintiff shall file a notice on the docket on or before April 13, 2020, setting forth plaintiff's position regarding how the Court should proceed. It is so ordered.
