By March 27, 2023, the parties shall submit a revised proposed notice and consent form in compliance with this ruling. By March 30, 2023, Defendants shall produce to Plaintiffs' counsel a list of all HHAs who worked more than 40 hours in any given week as an employee of BrightStar in Connecticut between June 2, 2017, and the present.
