Filing 9 ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS (Doc. #2 ) AND DISMISSING ACTION WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff Keon Tamar McRae has filed a complaint and moved to proceed in forma pauperis. Docs. #1 , #2 . On June 18, 2020, the Court issued a notice of insufficiency informing plaintiff that his motion was deficient because the responses in Question #6 to the application did not accurately reflect the deposits shown on his inmate account statement; the Court advised plaintiff to submit a corrected motion by July 9, 2020, or that this action would be dismissed. Doc. # 7 . Because plaintiff has not filed a corrected motion as required, this action is dismissed without prejudice. This order of dismissal is without prejudice. Plaintiff may file a new complaint and new motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis that truthfully represents plaintiff's financial condition and in a manner that does not conflict with plaintiff's inmate account statement.
