Plaintiff has filed a motion seeking to proceed without payment of fees and costs, which includes a sworn statement as to plaintiff's current financial circumstances. See Doc. #2 -1. Plaintiff has completed the required information. Plaintiff has not been employed since 2011, and has no bank account. See id. at 2, 3, 4. Plaintiff reports that "[s]he receives SSI benefits as well as her son, who is disabled and lives with her, receives SSI benefits." Id. at 4. It appears that plaintiff receives $783.00 per month for herself, and an additional $783.00 per month for her son, for a total of $1,566 per month. See id. at 1-2. The family's monthly expenses are $1,750. See id. at 4. At this stage, such allegations are sufficient to establish that plaintiff is unable to pay the ordinary filing fees required by the Court. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1).
